Hotel Ottilia offers 155 rooms and suites across two historic brewery buildings. Rooms feature raw concrete walls, round panoramic windows, or herringbone floors. Some have half-open bathrooms with rain showers and Humdakin toiletries. All rooms include smart HD TVs, high-speed WiFi, coffee/tea facilities, and daily Wine Hour access. Loft Suites in the tower offer multi-sided turret windows, connecting living rooms, and all-inclusive minibars with selected beverages.

Rooftop Italian Dining

Tramonto restaurant serves Italian cuisine on the top floor with 360-degree city views. The menu includes beef carpaccio, burrata, homemade pasta, pizzas, and tiramisu. Breakfast features organic options: freshly baked bread, cereals, yogurt with homemade toppings, seasonal fruits, and smoothies. Two bars serve cocktails: one with brewery silos and concrete walls, another on the rooftop terrace. Ottilia Lager beer is brewed exclusively for the hotel using hops from the rooftop.

Hotel Ottilia is in Carlsberg City District, next to the Elephant Gate. The area includes Galleri Bo Bjerggaard, V1 Gallery, and the Meatpacking District's restaurants.
